Hello there, Sacredspiraltattoo. Error 572 indicates that the person trying to link the account is not recognized as the primary user on your bank's website. Some financial institutions (FIs) only allow the primary user to establish the connection to a third-party application like QuickBooks.
To fix this, the primary user of the bank account must be the one to set up the connection.
Also, this error could be due to the Multi-Factor Authentication or additional security requirements required by your financial institution. To resolve this, I recommend reaching out to your bank for further assistance on this matter.
In the meantime, you can manually import your transactions to your QuickBooks Sole Trader account to keep your records up to date. Once the manual upload is complete, your transactions will appear in your books. Please remember to exclude any duplicates once your bank is successfully connected.
