Estimate Email Attachements

We are looking to attach a separate document with our T&Cs to the emails being sent on each of our estimates. I can find how to do this manually each time we send but was hoping there is a way to setup so that it is automatically attached to all estimate emails and not as a second page on the estimate itself? Is anyone able to help?

I can see the need to have this option for your business. I'll guide you on how you can send a request, Info24.

 

You can send feedback to let our product team know how this is a useful feature for your company. To do so, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then click Next to submit feedback.

This goes to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QuickBooks Online. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

 

In the meantime, you can continue manually sending the attachment to your customer each time you send an estimate.
