Is there a option to allow customers who have received a estimate to ACCEPT or Decline our estimate at a click of a button?

QBO doesn't yet offer the feature yet. Consider having an additional app to do so.

How would I go about doing that?

We have yet to find any reliable construction management app to integrate with QBO UK version. You can explore this first option. You will create an estimate with the engagement letter. Once your client approve your Estimate, the app will generate your invoice automatically.

Another option, utilize this free invoicing app.

You will need this connector to duplicate data to your QBO account.

That is not a solution!! We are working 4 months ahead, if an invoice is created each time our vat would be all over the place. I have come from quickfile to quickbooks and all these features in quickfile are standard. I cannot understand how Intuit is not moving with the times and implementing much needed features into their software. We need a customer portal where the customer can first view their quote accept or decline the quote also see and pay for invoices. I am finding this software so frustrating!!

Hi SimonJS We appreciate that this type of function would be beneficial to your business. We'll certainly pass your comments on to our developers for their consideration.

@SimonJS

Did you explore the free invoicing app as I mentioned earlier? It offers your clients the convenience of accessing their estimates, invoices, and timesheets in a single place. Your clients can keep track of all their transactions with you. The invoice app will notify you when your clients have viewed or paid for an invoice with a real-time status view. You can enable the option to share project details, so that your clients can view projects, associated tasks, and logged and unbilled hours. Your clients can also make advance payments for their projects through the portal.

Zoho software does not have the feature to integrate with QB, you would need to purchase Zoho flow. A lot of messing about.
