Let's consider troubleshooting your browser, Kellmarsh.

 

While cache helps websites load faster, too much of it can cause problems. We can start by using a private browser, which doesn't save the cache. Then, clear the browser's cache for a fresh start. 

 

After doing this, QuickBooks should function normally with the invoice dates you set. For best results, consider logging out and then logging back in after troubleshooting.
