Everytime I try to connect PayPal or my bank it will not get past the identify and accept screen.... I've checked my banking app and it says permission granted but I still have no bank or PayPal linked :thinking::thinking::thinking:

Currently, we have a reported case where users getting an error when connecting to a PayPal account. Rest assured our engineers are working hard on getting this fix.

 

To ensure you'll get update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users. Please provide this investigation number for easy tracking INV-52347.
