Here are the following:
To resolve, make sure to log in to your bank's website and check if there are restrictions on the connection or if it's under maintenance. I’m here to ensure you’ll be able to connect your bank to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, @alisonhawtin.
For me to provide you with the right resolution, can you share with me the name of your banking institution? Additional details can help us narrow things down.
In the meantime, let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this issue. I recommend closing and restarting the app. If the same thing happens, I suggest clearing the app data. Let me guide you how.

You can also utilize this article for more details and troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app. This article is for QuickBooks Online (QBO) app but also works with QBSE mobile app.
Additionally, you have the option to import your bank transactions to your QBSE account. Log in to your account via a regular web browser and import your transactions from there. I got you this article that can guide you through the complete process: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with in managing your bank feeds in QBSE. I’ll be more than happy to work with you. Keep safe!
It still won’t work. It’s fine at the bank eve it’s definitely QBSE.
please help or I’ll cancel my subscription which I’ve paid in full for the four months this has not been working
