Hello Lacavefalmouth,
Welcome to the Community page,
So you can download each section and save it to your pc/laptop. Once you cancel your account we keep the data for 1 year from cancellation date, after this it gets deleted. When the account is cancelled it goes into a read-only status as well.
canceled subscription now how do I access the data today. Only short of 2 months since I canceled and need for tax purposes now.
I appreciate you sharing your query in this thread. Let me help you access and acquire QuickBooks company data for your tax purposes.
If you've canceled your QuickBooks Online subscription, your data will be available in read-only access for one year from the date of cancellation. If you require details for your taxes that aren't available during the review, you can consider re-subscribing your online account or reactivating your subscription to obtain the data.
However, if you're using a trial version, you can still subscribe with the same credentials and access your data as long as you do so within 12 months. This will start from the date you cancel your subscription. After 12 months your data will no longer be available.
In addition to that, you'll want to export your data out of QBO so you can keep a copy of it. Here's how:
You can read more details about this here: Export Data Out of QuickBooks Online.
