In QuickBooks Online, categories are used to classify products and services categories.
If you click the drop down for category all those words will show up is accounts that created in the chart of account. you can go to accounting > chart of accounts.for me to find out the description of the category is to create an account first so that the description of the account will show up. for me the category can be use if there will be a money out transaction. hmmm I hope this will help you
