Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Jo. You can locate the option to resubmit your Employer Payment Summary (EPS) in the Reports section in the Payroll tab.

Here's the step-by-step guide to resubmit your EPS in QuickBooks:

  1. Go to Payroll, then select Reports.
  2. Within the HMRC reporting section, select Employer payment summary (EPS).
  3. Select the tax year, then click on Run Report.
  4. Once you've reviewed the details, click Submit EPS.
  5. Select the tax period that you are submitting for.
  6. Choose the following that apply:
    • If you haven't made any payments for a previous reporting period, select No payments for period and choose the date.
    • If there's been a period of no activity, select Period of inactivity and choose the date.
    • If this is your final EPS for the tax year, select Final EPS for the tax year.
    • If this is your final EPS because the business has ceased, select Final EPS because the PAYE scheme has ceased, and select the date the scheme ceased on.
  7. Select Submit EPS.

If you need more information, you can check out this article: Submit an EPS in QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll. You can also set up RTI (Real-Time Information) reporting to automatically send EPS reports to HMRC each month.
