If picture attachments aren’t working with your invoices, it may be caused by a browser or temporary issue.
Start by signing out of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and then logging back in to refresh your account and resolve minor glitches. If that doesn’t work, try switching to another browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
If the issue persists, use a private or incognito browsing window to bypass cached data and disable extensions that might be causing the problem.
Here are the shortcuts for incognito mode:
- Chrome (Windows/Linux): Ctrl + Shift + N
- Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari (Mac): ⌘ + ⇧ + N
