Hi medikonda703. Currently, there is no direct way to create a payment link using QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, you can accept payments by integrating PayPal. Once linked, a Pay Now button will appear on your invoices, allowing customers to pay via major credit cards or their PayPal account.
You can follow these steps to connect your PayPal account to QBO:
- Go to + New, then click Invoice.
- Choose to accept card payments with PayPal.
- Select Launch PayPal.
- Sign in and follow the prompts to grant QuickBooks permission
- Select Go back to QuickBooks Online.
- Check the account names and fee categories to ensure they're correct.
If you prefer not to connect your accounts, you can generate a unique payment link within PayPal and paste it into your invoice templates under Account and Settings.
Please note that you'll have to encode your email address before creating your unique PayPal link. QuickBooks doesn't have a native tool for this. You can use a third-party URL encoder to format it. Search for a URL encoding tool online, encode your address, and then copy and paste the resulting text directly into your email message.
