Intuit either never emailed me their monthly invoice for April or it disappeared into the ether.
It definitely is not "in the wrong folder" or "in my spam folder" ....
So how can I ask them for a duplicate invoice ?

You can manage and view your billing history from your Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs). Let me show you how.

If this is not the case, I'll recommend contacting our Support team. They have the proper tools to check your account and investigate the reason why don't have a copy of your month of April bill. You can also request to have a copy of it.

What is my "CAMPS" account? Is this an official Inuit thing?
Never heard of "CAMPS" before.....
How do I get a log in for it ? What's the URL for it?
CHAMPS is no use .... I get the following message when I log on.
"Hmm… we found your Intuit account, but we couldn’t find any linked QuickBooks products or services."
This cannot be true because Intuit emails all its bills to the email address I logged on with.

Intuit really has a crap customer service: while there is a "community" that is not actual customer support - it's just fobbing off customer support to whoever.
CHAMPS was never communicated to me by Intuit, and apparently doesn't think I have any billing ...... which I have for years now.
Then lastly I tried an online chat box I found in support - turned out the 'agent' was in sales and couldn't help me ......

Now - if only someone could actually get me a copy invoice......

Hello S400, The Community is a public forum so we can not ask for specific account information in order to send you a duplicate invoice if you could either DM/PM us on Facebook or Twitter under QuickBooks UK with your license number or customer number we can arrange April invoice to be sent or if you can call us on 08081689535 we will be able to arrange that.
