Thank you for posting here in the Community. Let me provide some clarification about your data in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Currently, a direct way to migrate the data to QuickBooks Online is unavailable. There are two ways you can perform to transfer information from the Self-Employed (QBSE) version.
You can either download the data via CSV and manually import or use third-party applications to help you with the process. Integrated software like Transaction Pro and Excel Importer will help you import them into QuickBooks Online.

Lastly, to download transactions, please follow these steps:
Once you already downloaded all the data you need, you can proceed with signing up for QuickBooks Online. I recommend canceling QBSE after transferring your data over.
