how can i view transactional tb

We got you on this, @junaid3. I'm here to walk you through pulling up the report you need.

I want to ask if you would like to view the details of the transactions listed in the Trial balance. If so, you can run the Transaction Detail by Account report and customise it according to your business needs.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Use the Find report by name dropdown and select the Transaction Detail by Account.

  3. Use the basic filters on the report to adjust things like the report dates.
  4. Click Customise to apply multiple filters.
  5. Click Run reports.

Alternatively, you can utilise the Quick Report in the Chart of Accounts. There, you will see the Run Report option, which provides a prompt and efficient way to access comprehensive account details.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select the Chart of Accounts.
  3. Use the Filter by Name or Number section to locate the account.
  4. Click the dropdown arrow next to Account History.
  5. Hit the Run Report to display the transactions.

However, if you meant something else, please provide additional information. This way, it will help us address your concern seamlessly.

You might also want to filter your report to show specific accounts and customers, or format the layout to display the right data by reading this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you can also export the report if you need to change the fonts, colours, or other aspects of the visual appearance. For detailed steps, you can learn from this article: Export your QuickBooks Online data.

You can rely on me if you need further assistance with your reports. I would be more than happy to help and collaborate with you again. Stay safe!
