How do I download my self assessment summary

Hi Luke.

 

You can download your Tax Summary and use it to complete your Self Assessment. I'll guide you how.

 

  1. Go to the Taxes page.
  2. Click the Download Tax Summary button in the top right corner of the page and select Download tax details.
  3. Open the file located in your Downloads folder in Excel.

 

Each box on your tax summary is labelled with a corresponding number on your Self-Assessment form. Match up the numbers and fill them in. Remember, if your annual turnover was below £85,000, you can put your total expenses in box 31 on the form. To learn more about tax summary and self-assessment, you can open these links:
