How do I email my accounts

In QuickBooks Solopreneur, you can email a copy of your reports to your accountant, @minibuildoxford. Let me guide you through the process.


We want you to know that direct emailing of books from QuickBooks Solopreneur is not currently supported. With this, I suggest sharing your financial updates with your accountant by generating relevant business reports and emailing them. Here's how:
 

  1. Navigate to Reports and select the specific report you need.
  2. Customize the report to display the desired details and tick Run report.
  3. Click on the envelope icon, then choose Email.
  4. In the To field, input your accountant's email address.
  5. Once done, click Send.

You can also invite your accountant to access your account to streamline collaboration with your accountant. Here’s how to do it:
 

  1. In the left panel, select My Accountant.
  2. Enter your accountant's email address.
  3. Click Invite to send the invitation.
