There is no direct transfer/migration between the self employed products and the small business products as they are completely different.
To export your invoices you can select the export icon underneath the 'create invoice' tab. This will export the data to an Jason file which you will have to convert to an Excel/CSV file to be able to import it into the small business account. To import the invoices to the small business account select the cog icon in the top right hand corner of the screen and select import data > invoices. The CSV will have to be in the format shown in the example, which can be downloaded. You will have to activate the CIS option within the settings, cog icon > account and settings > advanced >construction Industry Scheme (CIS) > enter the information in the fields > save. If you want to apply the CIS to the invoices that you have imported you will have to amend each invoice accordingly.
You are also able to export your transaction list to an Excel?CSV format however you are not able to import expenses into the small business product.
