You can manually create an expense transaction, Susan180. I'll gladly help you enter these cash expenditures in your sole trader.
Here's how:
1. Go to the Transactions menu.
2. Click the New Transaction option found in the right part of the screen.

3. Select Expense, and then enter the complete expense amount, provide the date of the purchase, and describe what the money was used for.
4. Choose an account from the Category drop-down.
5. Click Save.
