Hi agsmith1610, thanks for your post - this feature is not currently available in UK versions of QuickBooks Online; if you'd like to see this in the future, please submit feedback by navigating to the Cog > Feedback in your account. The late payment fee would need to be added to the transaction manually - you can view overdue invoices easily by running the collections report, or from the Sales > All sales view, by setting the 'All statuses' drop-down to 'overdue'. :)
