Over time, the cache on your phone accumulates unnecessary data, causing the app to behave unexpectedly. To resolve this, please follow the steps below to clear the app's cache:
For iOS
- Go to Settings and select General.
- Click iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
- Hit the Offload App to free up the storage without deleting its documents and data.
For Android
- Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select Refresh Data.
- Click on Yes.
If the problem persists, I recommend uninstalling the app. You can do this by tapping and holding its icon, then reinstalling it to ensure you have the latest version.
After that, log back in to check if the icons are now showing up.
If not, log in to your QuickBooks account using a supported web browser on your desktop or mobile device to create invoices and confirm payments.
