I'm trying to produce from the standard sales reports my sales for any given period or the tax sales report , but QB 2019 premier generates the report empty as it were no sales at all. I have checked all the setting from the reports but they are OK. I'm Trying to fix the issue I run a Data Verification and the process gives me the next errors:

I've called QB support but they insist that the problem is my report settings , which I'm sure that is not the problem , but a data corruption that does not allow the report to run. Also if I try to do a rebuild the process will run up to the lists
Please help

I appreciate you getting back to us and performing the troubleshooting steps share by my colleague above, @Danny58.
Let's perform another troubleshooting steps to get this fixed and get you back to working order.
There are several possible causes why your QuickBooks stops working, such as:
Since you've already tried using the QuickBooks Install DiagnosticTool, let's try renaming the QBWUSER.ini file and reinstall QuickBooks using the clean install tool. To perform the following, please check out this article for more details: What to do if you can't open QuickBooks Desktop.
Also, you can try configuring the firewall to resolve the network errors. To do that please use this article as your reference: Set up firewall and security settings for QuickBooks Desktop.
Please keep in touch if there's anything else I can do to help you succeed with QuickBooks. I've got your back. Wishing you all the best.
Good day, Danny58.
Thank you for contacting the Community.
The possible reasons why you get that errors when pulling up the report are:
Running the Verify and Rebuild Data utility tool helps resolve the data integrity issues in QuickBooks Desktop.
For the detailed instruction, you can check out this article: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.

Hi Charlene,
Thanks for your answer, however I've tried to verify and rebuild several times , and this is what happens. The verify process encounters the errors I listed in my previous email and suggests to do a rebuild. I proceed to start the rebuild but half way into it , it will come out a crash window message saying that something went wrong and needs to be reported to Intuit. I do the report , enter my email , then the rebuild process goes on for a little while and then crashes again , but this time for good and closes the program. By going and reopening the QB I find the same errors that had not been fixed. Based on your email I downloaded the tool hub and ran the fix file section directly on the server we have for the QB file. The tool does not find anything wrong on the file and for that reason it keeps giving me the same errors.
We had this same issue with QB2017 ,we paid for Intuit expert support which fixed the 2017 file but again it is happening again in the same exact report in our 2019 Premier version , but I think about 3 months after starting to use the 2019 version the same error came back. Customer sales summary blank and detail.
What else can we try? , should we get to pay again to Intuit Expert support for someone to check in the file and fix it again? But how we can assure this wont happen again in the future, apparently we have something in the program that damages part of the data.
appreciate all your suggestions

Hi @Danny58,
I recently had this same issue and found the following fix seemed to solve my problem.

Please let me know if this worked.
Thanks,
Tom
