Let's get this error fixed so you can connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before we start, can you please verify the name of your bank? This way, we can further check the status of your bank's connection.
Error 572 is a result of an OAuth (an open standard for authentication) connection with your bank. Many banks are switching to a new connection service called OAuth. And we're also switching to OAuth to make online banking even better.
Since this is the first time you tried to connect your bank account, you'll need to coordinate with your bank to allow this new connection. Then, connect it again to your QBO account.
You might want to learn more about categorising and matching your bank transactions. Here's an article you can read for more guidance: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
