I understand your concern about removing the QuickBooks logo on emails, @Alain. I'll lay out some insights about this topic.
Yes, you are right. Removing those logos in Quickbooks Online in the email section isn't available in QuickBooks Online. With that, I encourage you to submit feedback to our developer. This way, our system developer can consider adding this option to the next product update.
Follow the steps below:
Furthermore, our Product Development team receives your thoughtful comments (QBO) through the feature request tracking QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

There you go. I'm excited to provide more information on any Quickbooks-related topic. Please add it in the comment section. May you have a great day.
Dear QB,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to discuss my interest in subscribing to QBO. However, like others in this thread, I have noticed an issue during my trial period. The QB logos appear on the emails sent, which is a significant drawback for me. It seems like a delaying tactic to ask for feedback from developers after two years of complaints. As a programmer myself, I understand that this decision is not made by the developers, and the development process would likely only take a day to code, plus another day for testing and deployment.
It is disheartening to see that customer feedback is being disregarded, especially considering that these customers have played a crucial role in making QB the top accounting software for small businesses. There is no need to utilize us for marketing purposes.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely
Send invoice as PDF removed the terrible Intui branded emails. FYI.
btw DO NOT use the app to send invoices, it's not worth the code it's written in.
Agreed, absolutely not acceptable, this $hit has to stop. We’re paying a lot of money to advertise them
Can I remove it in the desktop version? This is EXTREMELY annoying and makes my invoices seem highly unprofessional. Will it go away if I do not use Intuit to send the emails?
Hi there, @Condorjoe.
I recognize your sentiments about how emailed invoices look. At this time, QuickBooks Desktop doesn't also have the option to remove the QuickBooks logo when emailing invoices.
I know that this option is beneficial to you and your business for professionalism. For now, I encourage submitting feedback directly to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding the option in future updates. To send your feedback, go to the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online. Then, choose Product Suggestion and enter your suggestion again.
Also, you can visit our blog site so you'll be able to get the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on.
Please keep in touch if there's anything else I can do to help you succeed with QuickBooks. I'll be more than happy to assist you again.
I have the same issue here. We pay QBO subscription but their logo appears in the emails when we send recurring invoices. This is what we mean, we can change the logo on the invoice itself BUT the email message that is being sent with the invoice has the QB logo. The only way we can remove the QB l,ogo is when we send the invoices manually, which is not practical for our business. Can you imagine us manually sending 700 invoices a month?
I hope quickbooks can do something about this but I don't think they are planning to change this, since as I checked from the threads, this has been the problem from 2 years ago.
Can anyone recommend another billing/accounting software that does not force-show their logos on invoices & emails, please let me know.
