I am not able to connect my bank account the error always says you bank's website is down but i checked its not

Let's make sure to select the correct URL, info753.

 

When searching your bank, QuickBooks Online gives you a list of websites. Please make sure to select the correct one. You can copy the URL and open it in a new tab. From there, try to log in to see if it works. If it does, go back to QuickBooks Online and select it. Then, do the usual process of connecting it. In addition, we can do some troubleshooting steps to see if this error is a result of a browser error. Let's start by an incognito window, then connect your bank from there. Also, consider clearing the cache. This is a junk file which the browser saves and it causes error in QuickBooks Online. You can also use another browser in linking your bank. Just make sure that it's updated.

 

If the same thing happens, please reach out to our Customer Support since you've already verified that your bank's website isn't down. Simply go to Help and select Contact us.

 

You can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. This is just temporary until you successfully connected your bank.
