I am sending estimates out and no one is receiving them. I have tried to send to multiple different emails but no success ? Where can I see that they have been sent ?
We're currently aware of an issue where emails including estimates sent form the system are not being received by customers - we raised this with our engineers within the last hour and they are currently working to fix this with priority. I have added you to the investigation so that you receive automated notification via email when this is resolved - in the meantime if you are needing to send these with urgency, please download the PDF (open transaction > print or preview > select download icon) and send this directly via your own email.
