Hello Jenner-Constructi,
Welcome to the Community page,
What information are you trying to export out of QuickBooks exactly that is turning into a zip file for you?
I would like csv but I tried on Mac and pc both send as a zip file, any spread Sheed would do
I select data from Qb to export I go to gear, select export and then select export to excel, and it export it as a zip file with I can't open
Thanks Jenner-Constructi, it's not possible to change the file-type and this will export as a zip-file containing Microsoft Excel Worksheets - are you able to view these when going to the three dots > downloads > show in folder (in Google Chrome)?
.zip files are pretty standard (effectively a folder containing the files you downloaded).
Windows (even going back several versions) should open with a double-click without any extra software. If not, right-click > extract will uncompress the folder & you should have the xsl/csv files inside the new folder.

Hope this helps.
