I can't log in

I use Qb self employed daily. Today I can't log in and I'm taken to the billing page to resubscribe as apparently I have unsubscribed. (I haven't). 

I can't seem to even subscribe though - despite choosing both billing methods it comes up with an error message. Help pease.

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Do you pay for your subscription directly to intuit or do you pay a 3rd party so either itunes or google play for your account? 

 

Have you checked that the payment is gone out and it is not pending or anything in the bank?

I can't log in

Thanks for your reply. I pay via itunes and I've just checked - the subscription was cancelled (not by me). Whats odd is that it was supposed to be £3.99 for 6 months and it only started in Feb? I've had to resubscribe at £7.99 a month which feels like I've been mugged off tbh. 

What has happened? Why have I been charged nearly 60% more when I should have had it at the lower rate for another 5 months?

Now Im really confused - I still cant get in and the billing page says it wants to charge me £6 a month. 

I would REALLY appreciate someone calling me so that I don't end up in the exact situation I was a month ago, with two QB accounts and double charges. Thank you.
