Hi Sammy, when you can't find the Taxes option in the left menu, it may be due to the new QuickBooks Online interface or a user permission restriction. Only the Primary Admin of the account has full access.
In the new layout, you can find taxes in the All apps menu on the left side. Click on Tax and then Overview to see a summary of your taxes. If you are not the Primary Admin, you might not have access to all tabs, especially if you are a standard user. You can ask the Primary Admin to change your role to Standard all access, which will let you view taxes.
