I cant seem to click “continue” button to link my Monzo account. Can anyone help?

Also can’t click “ Save” button to add account info i.e Business / Personal / Mixed on an Iphone App

Sometimes, a momentary drop in signal quality can interrupt the process and may cause the interface (Continue and Save buttons) to freeze. I also recommend logging into your Monzo mobile app or website to check if there are maintenance alerts or mandatory security updates, as it could also contribute to the issue you are experiencing.

 

If the problem continues after implementing these steps, I recommend refreshing the app’s data on your device since accumulated temporary files can interfere with the loading of interactive buttons.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage, then pick the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.

 

This process will free up the storage without deleting your QuickBooks documents and data. It enables you to have a fresh copy of your company data, which often resolves display issues like unresponsive buttons. Once complete, please try re-connecting your Monzo bank account and saving your account info again.

 

If the problem persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app, utilizing the most up-to-date version of the program.
