Are you getting any error code or messages when you try and add both PayPal accounts?
When you say Quickbooks is confused what is it doing?
Could you send us a screenshot of the page so we can have a look at it for you please?
Hey Ashleigh, thank you! I have had an error msg a few times but this is intermittent - error code (355) again - 'sign-in information not accepted' even though I was accessing today. Ive just logged in to QB again and it's now showing both accounts which is good! - although I still have the 355 error on personal PayPal - asking me to wait a few hours. Also, transactions I've made on business PP profile are now showing and are listed which is great as it wasn't before rather, it was showing personal PP transactions on business profile - hence mentioning it seemed confused.
So has it pulled though all your transactions so far both accounts so they are up to date, but it is still showing the error code 355?
Is this correct?
