i have upgraded quickbooks today so i can forward receipts by email but few hours later i cant do it

i have upgraded quickbooks today so i can forward receipts by email but few hours later i cant do it

  1. Navigate to the Help (?) menu and go to the Search tab.
  2. Enter Contact us on the search bar.
  3. Click the Contact Us button on the lower-part.
