Hi Christopher Are you attempting to re-connect the bank account using the app on a mobile device or a computer/browser?

I think Ive managed to sort it out with a lot of deleting App's, clearing cookies and a lot of back and forth.....It still says it having trouble connection a bank account, but all three of my accounts are now linked.....I had to re-enter a whole year of transactions from one account....I really hope this does not happen again, as a self-employed person, my time is money, and i just spent a whole morning trying to fix something that was working perfectly up to this point.
