Hey there, graham.dibb.
Welcome aboard to the Online Community. Let’s perform the browser troubleshooting steps to move past the error.
QuickBooks Online like all other applications stores local cache files that keep you from having to load information each time you log in. This is done to save time and speed up your browsing.
However, these files can be corrupted and need periodic clearing to ensure optimal performance. To identify if this is a caching issue, access your QuickBooks Online account via a private window or incognito mode.
Here’s how to bring up a private window:
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Once it’s open, go to the Reviewed column to check if you get the same error message. If none, we’ll have to clear out the cache of your regular browser to start on a clean slate.
I suggest running the Health Checkup Tool to identify any issues with your browser's health, and it's compatibility with QuickBooks Online.
