I’m trying to sign up and put my details in but when it asks for my bank, I can only enter numbers and not letters? It works ok on all the other fields apart from Bank name and postcode?? Am I doing something wrong? Or is it the website??

We would advise to use a laptop or computer to subscribe - you will be able to use your phone for most other features on the product, however it is not designed to run on a phone browser and so can sometimes display incorrectly.
