I have changed the phone number I used to sign in to QuickBooks. Each time I try to update it, a code is sent to the old number. I have gone through the process of reactivating my account and provided a copy of my passport and all the required information, but my case has been rejected. Please help.

Make sure to submit a high-quality photo or a scan of your passport to avoid rejection of the document. This helps you successfully change your phone number.
Once your phone number is updated, you'll receive a notification. You can set up two-step verification with your new number. Here's how:
