The forward receipts "to" in QuickBooks already defaulted as "receipts@quickbooks.com", Nickjane.
Please note that when updating email addresses for forward receipts, you can only change the "from" email address. The "to" email address is preset for QuickBooks and cannot be altered.
If you also want to manage the "from" email address, check the from field in your forward receipts first to see if it matches your current email address. Here's how to check:
- Log in to QuickBooks Self-Employed using a web browser.
- Click on the gear icon and select Receipt forwarding.
- Check that Your receipts must be sent from the field to ensure it shows the same as your current email address.
- Once finished, Done.
