I used to track my mileage in my previous iPhone app but can’t find that option in this latest version, can you help me please. Thanks Andy

I'm here to ensure you're able to track your mileage using your iPhone with the latest version of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.

Let's do some quick troubleshooting steps to fix the mileage issues in your app. You can clear the apps data to help refresh the program. There are two ways to perform this process. You can do it on the app itself or your iPhone settings.

In the QBO app, here's how:

1. Tap Menu (☰) at the top right.
2. Choose Help & Feedback.
3. Select Refresh Data.
4. Tap Refresh.

From your iPhone's settings:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General and choose iPhone Storage.
3. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space.
4. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

In case the issue persists, I'd recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling your QBO mobile app as suggested in the article (5th solution).

Have you also tried switching the menu to all? If not, you can switch the menu tab to "All" to see the mileage. If you've tried already, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh the program. Let me guide you how.

To uninstall:

1. Touch and hold the app.
2. Tap Delete App.
3. Tap Delete.

To reinstall:

1. Tap the App Store on your iPhone and sign in using your iTunes credentials.
2. Search for QuickBooks Online for iPhone.
3. Choose Free and then Install.
4. Sign in using the same QuickBooks Online company credentials.
5. Choose the QuickBooks Online company file.
