Let me welcome you to the Online Community, Sara Hayes.
The option to directly import your desktop data to the online version is unavailable at this time. We’ll have to convert the information and then transfer them to QBO.
Since you're using an older version, convert the file via trial version. Once done, contact our Desktop support team and they will help you with the import.
If there’s anything else I can help you with, post a comment below. I’m more than happy to answer you. Have a good one.

hi @Sara Hayes ,
I am not sure you will able converting directly from 2010 to 2019. You need to call Intuit Data Service for assistance. Otherwise, you have to purchase a 3rd party conversion service. PM me for details.
