Hello there, Melissa. Does the page not load at all, or does it freeze? This can happen if the pop-up windows are being blocked. Let's troubleshoot this.
If you're using Google Chrome, go to More > Settings. Under Privacy and security, click Site settings, then select Pop-ups and redirects. Choose the option to allow to send pop-ups or use redirects. To enable pop-ups for QuickBooks, select Add next to Allowed to send pop-ups, enter qbo.intuit.com, and click Add.

If it still doesn't work, try refreshing the page, logging out and back in, and then reconnecting the app again.
