My invoice layout appears to have completely changed for some reason, and the new layout looks nothing like my old invoice layout, it is missing my bank details, the Qty of goods sold to a customer, the font is different. I have not made any changes to my layouts and when I go to the Gear Icon and Custom form styles, the layout looks exactly like my old layout, so why is it printing a completely random layout when I go to print an invoice?

I understand how much you want to keep your invoice layout unchanged. It can help customers determine the authenticity of those invoices if they were sent by you.
Currently, our product engineers already reviewed this invoice layout issue. While they're working to rectify it sooner, I recommend contacting our Care Support team now. This way, one of our representatives can pull up your account on file and attach it to the investigation case (INV-87963). With that, you'll get notified through your email about incoming fix updates.

I'm still waiting for a resolution to this problem with printing my invoices, its been over 3 weeks now which I think is unacceptable for a product which I pay for every month and at the moment I can not produce invoices to customers which are to the correct layout. I've also noticed that when trying to print delivery notes, it just prints the same (wrong) invoice layout and includes monitory values on the delivery note. The last email I received from you claims that you have discovered the problem, but could you let me know when it will be fixed as I'm now suffering financially not being able to send invoices to customers

Hi there, Mark. I can see the urgency of getting this issue resolved. I'm here to provide an update on the issue.
As I checked, it shows that the issue has been identified and our Support Team is still finding a permanent fix. Rest assured that you'll get notified by your email once this issue is resolved.
