Invoice problems

I'm suddenly having issues with invoices, one person I'm sending to can't retrieve them? I've sent to them many times before.

Hey Stoddart Music,

 

 

Do they receive the invoice but are unable to view this or do they not recieve any email?

 

Is there email address a domain or a personalised address?

They receive the email but can't retrieve the invoice. Attached is the error they receive I am sending to a personal email address, and have sent to this same person many times over the last year. This problem has just started Thanks!

We would be grateful if you can create a dummy invoice and send it to yourself and inform is you are able to view the invoice.

Thanks, just tried a dummy and it worked okay. Let's hope it was a one off error. I'll see how it goes!
