Is anybody else just watching a cursor going round and round on a screen with NO help from Intuit software support?

I'm trying to 'make tax digital', which is a load of cobblers if the software is incapable of doing the job!

Hi dsikuade,

We were experiencing a server issue earlier this-afternoon which may have been the cause of the latency spinning wheel you were receiving.

Are you still having issues submitting the return?

Thanks

Hi there, andy20.

The issue of having a spinning wheel when using QuickBooks Online (QBO) can sometimes be caused by a large pile of cache in your browser. When this happens, pages like accessing your report don't load properly.

As an initial step, let's access QBO using a private or incognito window. Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you can, proceed to delete your browsing history to clear out the cache or data that's causing the issue. Use this article as a guide: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Otherwise, try using a different browser to be more thorough.

Feel free to visit our Help Articles if you have other questions on future tasks.

Keep in touch if you need any more assistance with this, or there's something else I can do for you. I've got your back. Have a good day.
