Is anyone else have problems with the app on an iPhone it just doesn’t work, if I click on let’s say profit and loss I just get a blank page ?

Is anyone else have problems with the app on an iPhone it just doesn’t work, if I click on let’s say profit and loss I just get a blank page ?

To begin, please make sure your app is updated. Once confirmed, we can refresh the mobile app's data to ensure it resolves the blank page issue. This process will also eliminate any problems and ensure the program runs smoothly. Here are the steps to follow:

 

  1. Navigate to the Home menu or tap the three dots located in the lower-right corner of your screen.
  2. Go to Settings and select Refresh Data.
  3. Confirm by pressing Yes.

Additionally, you can reset the app to its default state in your device settings. The stored cache can cause unusual behavior in the QuickBooks app. Here's how:

 

  1. Open your Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage. Choose the QuickBooks  app.
  3. Click Offload App.
  4. This action will clear storage space while keeping your app's documents and data intact.

 

After refreshing, restart your mobile phone and check if the profit and loss page is working again. Alternatively, you can uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to ensure you have the latest version of QuickBooks.

Hi Tried all that you said and it’s on the main menu I can click expenses just opens a blank screen, profitably opens blank screen ??
