  1. Go to the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Describe and enter your concern. Then, click Continue.
  4. Choose between 'Chat with us' and 'Have us call you'.

Yes same this here, on app and desktop. I think it’s a system bug as a few people have said the same.
