Is everyone else suffering with the website lagging terribly? I believe this has been since the format change. Filling in invoices is taking twice as long now.

Moving between tabs takes longer, the drop down options take longer to appear, typing is lagging/delaying

Is everyone else suffering with the website lagging terribly? I believe this has been since the format change. Filling in invoices is taking twice as long now.

While QuickBooks pages typically load within 10 seconds, the lag you're seeing occurs when the site can't get enough power from your setup. Even though it's a web-based service, QuickBooks relies on your computer’s speed and memory (RAM) to perform as intended. If your browser or internet connection can't keep up with that data, it creates a traffic jam that causes the lag.

 

To help improve performance, I recommend using an incognito window or another supported browser, confirming your computer meets system requirements, and maintaining a stable internet connection.
