issues with ebay connector app

im having issues with ebay connector app only pulling data from 22nd of may i need it to pull it from 22nd of match but its not working. ebay said no issue their end quickbooksthemselves refuse to help and the app developer saw an error but cant fix it its been 9 days and no fix! cant even leave a review on the app as its saying im not using it

I recommend contacting our Live Support team. They have specialised tools and resources to investigate why the data won't pull up from the correct date.

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. From the Search tab, select any article.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Pick a topic or enter your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.

In the meantime, consider manually importing your transactions from ebay to QuickBooks in a  CSV file format.
