It appears I didn’t add my company name in the initial set up. How can I do this now please?

Glad to have you here in the Community, @diamondshineenqu.  I'd be glad to guide you in adding your company name.

 

To add your company name to QuickBooks Online after the initial setup, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Accounts and settings.
  2. Select Company, then ✎ Edit in the Company name section.
  3. Enter the new name in the Company name field.
  4. If the company's legal name is different from the Company name you entered:
    1. Enter the legal name in the Legal name field.
    2. Otherwise, select the Same as company name checkbox.
  5. Enter or edit your Companies House Registration Number (CRN) in the field provided.
  6. Click Save, then select Done.

 

By following these steps, you can add your company name to your QuickBooks Online account. It's important to ensure that your company name is accurately reflected in your accounting software for proper identification and branding purposes.
