It's good to see you here in the Community, @Paulk2 and @anne oshea.

 

I want to make sure you can send accounts via email so you'll get back to business.

 

It's possible that your computer isn't connected to the internet or the email isn't set as default that's why you've lost the email connection. In this case, you'll want to make sure your computer is connected to the internet and then set your email as default. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Edit menu, then select Preferences.
  2. Click Send Forms from the left menu.
  3. In the My Preferences tab, select the email service you want to set as default.
  4. Select OK to confirm.

 

If you get the same result, let's run the Quick Fix my Program from the QuickBooks Tools Hub. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Download the latest QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  2. Install and open the file.
  3. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
  4. Choose Quick Fix my file.
  5. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
