Mileage tracking message

Hello Paul

Is this on the andriod/ios app or is this on the windows/mac app?I appreciate you do not use the feature or want to.We would need to look into what could be causing the notification to pop back up so we just need the app type and also do you have background refresh on for your apps?

Hi Emma -

It's the iOS app - comes up as a 'splash screen' ... not every time I open the app, but it seems to be every 2-3 days.  Apps are set to auto-update.

Thanks for that information.We have reached out to the app developers they have suggested if we can ask you to try resetting the app data.To do this if you can go to the 3 lines on the left hand side of the app>help>reset app data.

If you could let us know just by replying to this post if you then get the splash screen.If you do get it if you can attach a screeen shot of the page that comes up and we will escalate this further

Hi there - 

I reset the data as suggested, and it seemed to have worked but today I got the splash screen again.  I have attached the screenshot.  I keep selecting 'No, I'll enter my milage manually' but then after a few days the message re-appears when I open the app.

Thanks for the screen shot we have forwarded this to our app developers to investigate further. If they can remove it from popping up as a splash screen in the product, they will roll out an update the ios app itself.Any updates from them we will add onto this thread.We do have to advise as it is not stopping the product from being used it would be a lower piority case.
