Thanks for joining in the conversation, @bri_g.
The currency that appears in the Amount column of a customer invoice depends on the currency settings you've chosen for your client. The invoice's bottom will be the sole place where the home currency total appears.
I understand how essential to be able to view multiple currencies when printing your invoices. However, QuickBooks does not currently offer this feature.
With this, I recommend sending a request to our product engineers for this feature to be considered for future enhancements. We suggest feedback by following the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Choose Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Select Next to submit feedback.
Furthermore, save your time by printing sales forms in batches instead of one at a time. Here's an article that will guide you through the process: Print multiple sales forms in QuickBooks Online.
You can always get back to me if you have additional questions about printing your invoices in QuickBooks Online. I'm only a reply away. Take care and have a great day!
